Once your order has been placed head over to your email inbox and follow the instructions/link within the email updates in order to track the progress of your order.

What happens if I am not at home when it arrives?
You should receive a card through your door if no-one is at home to collect your parcel. It will then be sent to your local Post Office.
How can I return my item?
We're really sorry to hear that you are not happy with your zovoli products. We want you to be 100% satisfied and so if you would like to return an item you purchased, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date.
To return your order please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address.
Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence.
Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty.
If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once received, we will process the refund back onto the original payment method.
Due to any international public holidays, you may experience delays on your order. This is something that is out of our control and we will not be held liable or any delays your order may incur due to said holidays.
